For this shot in particular I positioned myself on a scaffold three stories high 40 meters away from the Palacio de Gobierno at the same height as the main Balcony and waited in place for maybe 4 hours in a completely massive event at Palacio de Gobierno in Sonora where Miss Claudia Pavlovich did the ceremonial waving of the flag on Independence Day during her first day in office as Governor.
